Multi-edition series · Post-Merger Brand Integration
Two companies becoming one brand — brought together not by a memo, but by the places and nights they shared.
Two mobility companies were merging into a single brand. Two workforces — in some cases former competitors — had to come out of it aligned on one new identity and feel part of it. Not announced. Lived.
Flagship space

The brand's home

Instead of a single town hall, we built the integration as a set of touchpoints. A flagship driver house gave the new brand a physical home — a stage, a barbershop, a lounge, somewhere people belonged. Around it ran a series of events — a styled loft gathering, a night on the river, interactive formats — that mixed the combined teams and let them feel the merger instead of being briefed on it.
The event series

Combined teams, mixed

End-to-end ownership across brief → concept → design → production → execution, repeated across the series. The flagship driver-house space — design and build — plus event production across multiple editions, interactive engagement formats, hospitality, and a program staged around the new joint brand.
The space was designed to our direction and the events produced end to end; the production and build teams were ours to assemble and direct across the run.
The combined teams came together around a brand they could see and stand inside — one identity in place of two, and one they felt part of rather than briefed on. The driver-house format worked well enough that it rolled out to more cities.
