Multiple brands, multiple shows — every stand built from scratch, no two alike.
A premium food brand needed its trade-show presence to do more than display product. Across the industry's major shows, each stand had to pull a professional crowd in, hold it, and turn interest into orders — on the floor, during the show.
For each show, we designed the stand to our own direction and produced it end to end — every one a ground-up build, shaped to its floor plan and brief, no two alike. We integrated a working kitchen into the architecture, and inside it a chef-led culinary program — Italian chef Carlo Greco, cooking the brand's own range in front of the very buyers it was there to win.
Two formats, two builds — a HORECA-professional stand and a retail café stand — each drawn from zero and taken from render to the show floor.

The stand — designed

Built & delivered

We took end-to-end ownership across brief → concept → 3D design → fabrication → AV → on-floor program — repeated for each show, every stand built from the ground up. Stand design and build, a working kitchen integrated into the structure, chef casting and culinary direction, a daily live-cooking program, and the hospitality around it.
On each stand, the build team and the culinary talent were ours to assemble and direct — from first 3D to last service on the floor.
Hospitality flow around a working kitchen — the format the brand kept, show after show.
Each stand held a steady professional crowd and turned interest into orders on the floor, during the show — enough that the brand kept the format and came back, show after show.
